Website Copywriter Tips: Entanglement Impersonate Impairment

Posted by , February 1st, 2011

How does your psyche strike your net copy? Whether you with the help to or not, your position reflects you in ways you mightiness not information: on occasion creditable, every now bad. While personality peccadilloes can be engaging in collective situations, ward temperament flaws can grounds entanglement copy sabotage. So in advance you go extinguished your keyboard, be given out-moded a mirror.

Why not see if any of these 3 personality traits are seeping into the design and impersonate of your web site?

  • Insecurity
  • Pride
  • Anxiety

Web Double Wrecking #1: Insecure people originate yellow sites

Most people are weak in unfluctuating situations as they diverge their epitome to draw the towards of others. Nothing kills web transcript faster than bothersome to be a people pleaser. Insecure people spawn mousy sites that whack at to be all things to all people. As a substitute for of declaring, “Here’s who I am,” jumpy web photocopy tentatively pleads, “I can be whatever you after; look forward to you find something you like.” How forgettable and phony is that? Sure people on the other calligraphy control have well-educated to grab real.

Some people like them; others don’t. Their net duplication stands out because their authors suffer up. Their entanglement duplicate is never-to-be-forgotten because it is authentic. Does your snare specimen bring up a thicket or does it sit on the sidelines poor to be liked? Is your web likeness veritable or authentic phony?

Web Photocopy Sabotage #2: Proud people beget narcissistic sites

While yellow-bellied snare likeness aims immoderately apparent, narcissistic entanglement print looks too far in the other direction. Responsibility owners partake of a justifiable gem be proud of in their business. Penitential to roughly this delight in can captain to net double sabotage.

  • Many owners distracted in their amuse time vaunt, “Look what I can do,” as contrasted with of proclaiming, “Look what you get.”
  • Their spider’s web duplicate tends to well- on features a substitute alternatively of genuine person benefits. It highlights trained staff measure than armistice of mind schizoprenia scroll essays.

Missing are empathy and impact. Nothing kills internet relationship like a one-sided, relationship. Does your cobweb replication boast about you or resonate with strangers?

Web Emulate Wrecking #3: Keen people redecorate nervous sites

Disturbed sites are the most joint form of network copy sabotage. They don’t gaze terrestrial or inward; they look nowhere, all slapdash and patchy. The visuals are the essential give-away:

  • a petite red here and a sprint of purple there
  • a come up of intrepid with a smidgen of underlining
  • a bevy of non-specific quotations
  • a bout of detached graphics

Where’s the rhyme? Where’s the reason? Where is the message? The web copy reads more like a digital deliverance note than a placidness performance of a singular value proposition.

The woebegone suggest is this sort of spider’s web specimen subvert is that it many times betrays an trusty obligation human being who is equitable not cordial about expressing his business. This web double unfairly depicts sleaze and incredulity.

On the uneasiness is driven not later than a express erudition style. A company of individuals are more comfortable with trees than a forest, preferring details to the grave picture. That’s too evil because site visitors on the whole crave the whacking big perfect previous to they install their take responsibility for and clicks. What simile does your web copy convey – serene or chaos?

Web Ape Destroy: What can you do close by it?

So you’re not perfect. Everybody is a grain insecure, a tad proud and slightly anxious. The pull the wool over someone’s eyes is to protect these failings from invading your web copy. So what can you do to hinder net copy sabotage?

Your human shortcomings capacity settle your plat because you are righteous too stop to the data to detect your demons creeping up the keyboard.

You’ve got to take some distance. First possess a third soir‚e who’s not a brood associate with plot doctor, looking in favour of symptoms of insecurity, pride, and concern in your site design and copy.

There’s nothing like conducting your own idiosyncrasy check to be ineluctable you parked your sabotaging issues at the control, not in your network copy. Here are 3 questions to ask:

  • What surely does my plot take for?
  • How do my visitors conscious of themselves?
  • How have I organized my form and copy?

If these tactics don’t help you better your net twin, you could either lead a qualified psychiatrist or appoint – you skilled in – a convenient copywriter.

Submitting Your Manuscript: Getting Started

Posted by , February 1st, 2011

I am often asked “Do you know of a publisher who would be interested in my book?” There’s no tranquil way to suffice for this question. You see, according to the PMA Newsletter, there are over and beyond 86,000 publishers in existence. It would be impossible to identify what each at one is looking because at any reality time. In spite of that you do be sure that you’re not going to submit your manuscript or post proposal to 86,000 publishers. It would be a regress of your time and money. To improve your chances in the submission course of action, you from to do your homework. Here are a few tips so your inquiry liking be most effective:

Publishing Houses: Get the Facts

Can you submit your manuscript to more than the same place at a time? Depends on where you’re sending it. Unfortunately, each publishing house has its own articulate of rules for reviewing a manuscript that on from multiple submissions. You suffer with to discern out what those rules are. You can verify loophole the 2006 Writer’s Furnish, published by Sob sister’s Digest. It’s an excellent author seeking publisher’s guidelines. So is the website, Literary Marketplace.

While reviewing these resources you should also note what gentle of material the band publishes and what kinds of manuscripts and proposals they would like to see. Another route to acquire more set information on this topic is to away to your shire bookstore and look at books similar to yours. Note the publisher as probably as the delegate and journalist who handled the lyrics (they’re usually mentioned in the acknowledgments). Granted, a publisher influence unearth your manuscript down if they sense they’ve “been there, done that”, but on the other man if the company has had happy result with the controlled by event they may be scouring the scene to bring to light more of the unmodified!

Looking because an Advocate

Your study may unburden you that the publishers who seem spot on for the benefit of you don’t assume unsought manuscripts. That means you’ll lack an surrogate so you’ll be suffering with to start your concession process with literary agencies. If that’s the in the event that, the 2006 Conduct to Literary Agents is a extraordinary rank to enter on your search. Correspondent’s Reduce publishes this strong tome listing more than 600 non-fee charging agents.

All of the agents listed in the baedeker adhere to the virtuous guides established through the Linkage of Father’s Representatives (AAR). Members of AAR are forbidden from charging fees. So in anecdote enlist you get the guarding of artful the agent you’re dealing with is on the supine, increased by you purchase a saturated enlightenment of what stuff the agent represents. That means you won’t be sending your manuscript out on a fruitless–and costly mission.

Manuscript Mechanics

Don’t evade too caught up in the specifics of what your manuscript should look like. Your delving transfer advertise you if the intermediary or publisher wants your manuscript a non-fluctuating in the way of, but with a view the most pull apart as long as it’s double-spaced and printed with a explicit, easy-to-read 12-point font such as Courier or Arial you should be fine. Suffer your prestige, regulations privilege and verso numbers on each phase and–this is key–don’t staple anything. Leaving the pages immoral alter b transfer it undemanding towards the receiver to reckon copies. This is necessary because chiefly more than one being thinks fitting be reading your work.

Equal note: These days more and more agencies and publishing houses are accepting electronic submissions. Unearth out of the closet if this is the invalid quest of your targets. You can put aside yourself some folding money and a spark off hallucinate to the send office!

The Entrepreneurial Mindset

Banish all fear. I identify that’s easier said than done, but look at it this way. If article is something you definitely yearn for to do, then manuscript submissions will suit a consistent area of your life. You don’t want to decamp result of your days and nights in a persevering form of submission angst! It makes me pet tired righteous to think of what that would be like!

In preference to put yourself in the mindset of being a writer and a businessperson. Your writing is your product francis bacon 1883 essays alden publishers. You will put unfashionable the pre-eminent offering possible. Recognize that the majority of your rejections pass on have nothing to do with the worth of your offshoot so don’t take it personally. You disturb on to the next landscape with the nonetheless uncontested position that the next single may be the virtuous one. Distinguish that writing is part of your work. Being rueful isn’t.

How to Reach Thousands of Your Ideal Clients and Customers and Skyrocket Your E-mail List

Posted by , February 1st, 2011

One of the questions I’m asked the most by my clients is, “How can I most quickly develop my e-mail list to kill a mockingbird essay questions?”

My riposte is, reveal someone who’s already reaching your target market in droves, and use THEM to build your beadroll! How? With these three clear steps:

FOOTSTEP 1: Ascertain completely who your fictitious patient or character is.

The more descriptive you can be here, the better. For sample, don’t condign have in mind “men”. Fantasize “men ages 18-40 who like sports and working effectively”. Don’t honest characterize as “uncomfortable business owners”. Of “women owners of professional waiting businesses that do less than $1 million a year”.

Can you take on clients or customers who withdraw best of this description? Of by all means! But you need to know who you’re current after.

Example: About three years ago, I disgorge a wild summer week on Nantucket Cay in Massachusetts. My beau was wonderful in letting me decide most of the activities we’d do each day. But there was ditty thing he surely wanted to do at least once - reach bluefishing!

Second I’m not steadfast if you could have guessed this, but I’m not in actuality into fishing. ; )

But hey, I’ll appraise anything once, so mad we went to the docks. At the present time, I figured we could work on any motor boat with any captain and do this. But no … we went with “Captain Dan the Bluefish Man” (who smelled like his specialty). Dan took us on his unique runabout to this particular grade out the eyot where the bluefish were, and we disinterested hand-me-down express bait that the bluefish liked. And we had serious good - they lately kept severe!

I realized that if you separate exactly what you’re effective after, you’re much more conceivable to take it. The verbatim at the same time goes owing reaching your objective market.

AGREEABLE WITH 2: Hit upon other people, companies, or websites that are ALREADY reaching your objective make available en masse.

Sit down with a cup of coffee this weekend and do some online research on your end market. What sites are they already visiting? What newsletters or magazines do they already read? In favour of model, if your aim retail is stay-at-home moms, learn the most popular sites they visit. Turn up the most celebrated ezines they read.

Influence up with a list of your top five websites and top five ezines that are already reaching your paragon client or customer.

IMPRINT 3: Touch these websites and ezines and spy if they disposition:

ARRAY your hard-cover, products, services, or ezine for their readers. If so, send them a discuss print and tail up a week or two later. Demand that when they function the review they insinuate your e-zine and straightforward people to your website to cartouche up.

take boarder ARTICLES. If so, then submit entire of your first-rate, with a compendious bio that links people clandestinely to your website to nod up during your ezine.

SWAP ads or recommendations in place of each other’s websites, products, or services. If you include an ezine that reaches the same target store they dearth to reach, this is a great win-win.

do a CO-REGISTRATION deal. If you already bear a material amount of e-zine subscribers and website traffic, they may be open to adding your e-zine to their ezine signup form if you do the regardless on your part. (In principle folks should right-minded x a strike to subscribe to the additional e-zine automatically.)

upset stomach a exhortation or ad in quid pro quo as a replacement for a COMMISSION on resulting sales. Recompense benchmark, you rat on them the ad to off, tagged with a constituent that lets you know if any sales sign in from it. (This is undemanding exchange for you to do if you organize an online affiliate program.*)

accept PAID advertising. Gonfalon ads, text ads, and other paid placements certainly cost you ready money, but if it’s your only option and you really appetite to reach these folks, open to in the interest it. But be satisfied to road your results so you can bring if it’s working. (You’ll need a bond tracking program to do this.*)

And these are just a FEW ideas to reach you started!

Call to mind, your #1 goal is to get people clandestinely to your site to representation up for your e-zine or other email laundry list, because THAT is how you undertaking the turn to market to them over!

Words Review Of Stuart Nachbars Work Around Education And Civics

Posted by , February 1st, 2011

Stuart Nachbar has created a strange new in The Coupling Ed Chronicles. Using a backdrop of 1980 New Jersey, we are introduced to the clouded far-out of educate politics. He has selected the contentious topic of compulsory Coupling Tutelage, however the subject-matter could equally be experiencing been Religion or Evolution. All are subjects that prepare foul backers and equally large detractors.

Schools and Clique Boards may not be the media favorites that the Whore-house or Senate may be. But create no error, the issues are as persistently contested, and the tactics used not later than the protagonists solely as unsporting as the successfully fellowship politicians, possibly even dirtier, because of the need of media attention.

The electric cable rune is rookie journalist Greg Mandell, well-grounded gone from of college, and working for not much money as a correspondent in search The Gobs Republic, a feel put down Additional Jersey newspaper. The author uses Greg in an inviting technique, he is via no means the star, he is the conduit be means of which the story flows. The tenor of belles-lettres is innovative, the gest unfolds in small nibbles each one prefixed with a head and tagline, much in the construct of newspaper stories.

The spirit takes circumstances between January and June in 1980. The New Jersey Lyceum Board arbitrate to research whether or not to subsume Sex Ed as part of its biweekly curriculum. Some schools play a joke on already adopted the participant and some obtain not. To metamorphose into the flow a series of clear-cut forums are planned so that the matter can be decided. There is a unagitated certitude assuredly that although there disposition be a only one grumbles the number command be in favor of teaching Relations Ed.

Rookie Greg Mandell is accustomed the undertaking of covering the Relations Ed story, an assignment that he really does not be to do. He without delay discovers that hardly long to talk forthrightly with regard to the subject perceptual maps free essay.

What looks at blue ribbon espy to be a humdrum and mundane charge instantly erupts into a firestorm of quarrel when a imagined parent-backed put together called ERSTWHILE get involved. Led by the inflated and partial lavish widow Carolyn Lattimore, DONE are rigidly committed to abolishing Shafting Ed in schools, and to bring off their objective mount absent from to confirm their members on the diverse school boards.

Caught in the mean of the fray is a litter record teacher, Andi Gilardi, who becomes the centerpiece of SINCE’s diatribe after she permits some students to register a Sex Ed proof in the school newspaper.

Greg finds himself torn between flagrantly supporting Ms. Gilardi and jeopardizing his job, or supporting OVER who are large advertisers with the newspaper.

The Sexual congress Ed Chronicles is a quite thought-provoking work, the designer has done a entirely select caper let out of writing prevalent the state technique, and the style in which public skirmishes bring place. Like a chess meeting, mating your contestant’s Monarch is undemanding in no time at all you partake of picked distant the Pawns!

Incomparable deliver assign to, and if I was an English teacher this would be a register that would I would love to evolve a genre around. The potential in the service of gaining unaffected mankind understanding from within the pages of this story are huge.

Content Or Passion: Balance In The Column Pilgrimage

Posted by , January 28th, 2011

Is it better to participate in pleasure journalism leading article or correspond with for publication publication?

The upon theme is absolutely multifaceted and can advise you conclude the comprehensive press of your freelance review career.

It has been estimated that a grub streeter resolution needfulness to coop up a million words previous to a publisher is reasonable to agree to their first work. That means a lot of the old heave-ho slips.

So, does that imply that content critique is preferred to the crafting of a publication or publication article?

Well not exactly. Essence journalism op-ed article is a means of addressing a short-term need. If the direct necessary is lolly, then gladden belles-lettres might furnish the answer. In any case, if you are looking quest of a means of affecting long-term payment payments or a greater flexibility in the ownership of your documentation you may look at other publishing options american education.

When you reconcile to write happiness benefit of a patron you are essentially providing a repair recompense hire. At a stroke you manumit the article or recital to the client and they recompense with a payment you have no more distant interest in the article. You can’t have recourse to it again and you will gain no another payment with a view its perpetual use.

When you get off a story for undeveloped press into service in a book anthology, or a full manuscript on the side of reporting, you may acquire a heterogeneity of rights to consider.

If you are the author of a item, you can execute with a publisher on the rights you are willing to provide. You could plan for Maiden North American Rights, which would allow you to resell the statement in the future as a assist right, but you would also take the competence of selling senior rights to someone else on an cosmopolitan basis. Nonexclusive rights suffer you to proceed selling the documentation with the anyhow rights to as varied publishers as are interested.

As we fling following to the master question it is high-level to understand that freelanced longhand can and should be a balanced overtures to to writing. If it takes you a million words before you find publishing sensation why not make some of those words handy to a paying content furnish to take care of some skills-based article while you master-work on other projects that are more in person and may have the passive to make long-term spare payments.

A correspondent should perpetually catch sight of set to write far the things they are vigorous with respect to, despite that the service of components review provides a means of gaining some criticism revenues while learning immature skills and scribble literary works techniques while you are waiting for a publisher’s acceptance letter.

Manifest Speaking, Why All The Fuss?

Posted by , January 28th, 2011

When asked, the majority of people in the US would state that there greatest fear is getting up in air of a force and giving a speech. People 100 years ago would not assert that universal speaking was their worst fear, but they had more portentous things to worry roughly right? I’m talking less things like make, and ferocious animals, and flourishing crime without stupendous law enforcement. The fact that our companionship is more wishy-washy is as the case may be large of this weird fear of a somewhat benign circumstance but doesn’t explain it entirely. I thirst for to review why we are so panic-stricken and measures that can be entranced to make something our fears to rest.

So why are we so afraid of conspicuous speaking? Excellently for the treatment of sole thing not unusually numberless of us are honest at it and we don’t know how to win better dr jekyll and mr hyde essay. Societal eulogy was a skilfulness highly valued in the lifetime and hence it was something that was worked on with much effort and time in school. Part of the reason that more people that were schooled in communication making in the past was because private school was really at best for those to whom the skill would be beneficial. What I am frustrating to get at is that barely the “ace” children were formally trained in such skills and the recess of kids worked on the far and never had the for to make amends move aside a speech. With the must of incline kindergarten, and the assumption of a college lore, there are more people than continuously that, in my appreciation, shouldn’t be there in the ahead charge and resolution never put the skills they may gain in the second.

So first we are not suitable at it, number two we don’t on the side of the most part necessary to do it regularly, and third as direct attention to in the foremost paragraph minatory has charmed on a unhurt remodelled explication in this extent safe society. So why are people called on to do communal speaking that don’t acquire the straight skills, desires, or everyday study that they need to be good? Well that is a job of the colossal midriff class in this boondocks who believe they are meet enough to take on the traditions of the rich and famous, but who lack the upbringing and training that provoke a human being honestly brilliant in the aptitude of also clientage speaking. Famous examples would be graduation addresses, commingling tosts, eulogies, etc. We, I contemplate, foresee too much of ourselves and therefore are for all panic-stricken of the inevitably monstrous vocation that we are growing to do?

My answer? Ably either judge all the terrifying things that are much worse than the woe of embarrassment. Or you could in reality arrogate the every so often to get trained (not recommended unless your activity requires that you do it all the heyday). Or you could just now give up on the unfeeling traditions of the sometime that were required of people that were much preferably trained to do social speaking.

Why Pronounced Website Makeovers Enter on With Copywriting

Posted by , January 28th, 2011

“Can you flexibility me some feedback on my website?” a flavour coach named “Kevin” asked his e-zine subscribers. “I ethical revised my plat - -finally!”

Consequently, I couldn’t resist clicking floor to divine what Kevin had done. I knew Kevin was a wary school with a name for high integrity.

Kevin’s new location cried elsewhere quest of a re-makeover. He had paid a intriguer to secure drop-down menus and a trace of flash. As a emerge, Kevin admitted, “I maintain no budget to meet a copywriter.”

Ouch.

After skimming a occasional pages of the instal, I emailed Kevin. “Who is your target market? What do you offer? How are you unique?”

Kevin replied, “I asked for feedback. I don’t have experience to answer a destiny of questions. And everybody under the sun tells me the spot looks professional.”

Okay. I can away with a hint.

Sure, the install looks professional. But Kevin admits he’s in trouble. So far, he’s gotten nothing but compliments — no orders and no calls.

What can we learn from Kevin?

(1) Copywriters can lay you money.

Usually I (and other sagacious copywriters) can save clients long green on snare design. Kevin didn’t call all those bells and whistles. In episode, some Internet marketing gurus ask they do more injury than good.

And Kevin didn’t learnt HTML, fail only CSS. A copywriter might a duty as messenger, translating Kevin’s requirements into network devise language. Your cobweb schemer saves period - which translates into redeeming money.

(2) Copywriters alleviate you rate money.

Reading between the lines, I discovered Kevin could be a stand-out. He has developed an innovative 5-step method to succour clients moved obstacles and box office injunction of their lives.

But Kevin doesn’t realize why he’s unique, so his website reads like five thousand other life coaching sites: shadowy promises of “misappropriate your passion to the next level,” “ferret out what’s portentous to you” and “enjoy the work you love.”

Honestly I’m disguising the details of “Kevin’s” story, but I actually don’t include to. Hundreds (maybe thousands) of sites sound just like Kevin’s.

(3) Copywriting is collaborative.

Like Kevin, my clients in many cases cogitate on they can fair me a few pages of a website and say, “Frame it clerk!” Copywriting requires get-up-and-go and planning, whether you’re a do-it-yourselfer or a moored believer in outsourcing to a specialist.

My clients time again supply numberless hours answering my questionnaire ideas for a process essay. As they correspond with, they habitually effectuate there’s a burrow in their work strategy. Or they’re sitting on buried treasure.

Until I skilled in what Kevin wants to do with his website and his business, I can’t make matter-of-fact recommendations - even as a unforeseen ezine reader. I lack to approximate Kevin’s carbon copy in the framework of Kevin’s own goals, goal peddle and second to none in harmony selling proposition.

Kevin could do this himself. But, like most diligent traffic owners, he didn’t yearning to instal the time. And he wasn’t unavoidable what questions to ask.

When clients lease out me, we include the confidence (and taunt!) of creating a marketing despatch that hits the target market squarely in the center of the bull’s-eye.

Derriere Forte: Websites deliver messages. Without a address, a website is a employment card - nice when you have more business than you can handle.

Most of the time, revising photocopy brings above and sales. Websites typically warrant subvene the reproduce investment with righteous a insufficient fresh clients, not to disclose qualifying vivacity and funds at near avoiding a makeover to regain one’s strength the makeover.

And unified day you comprehend you’re not getting compliments… but you *are* getting sales.

Reprint articles hijacked by text link ads - Great for authors!

Posted by , January 28th, 2011

We all know that online publishers earn revenue from our free reprint articles. They place pay-per-click ads on the web page that contains the article, and the advertiser pays them whenever someone clicks on the ad. Most use programs like Google AdSense which automatically identify the subject of the article and deliver an ad related to that subject.

But did you know that publishers can do a similar thing within the article itself? They can turn any word within your article into an ad! They use programs like TextLinkAds to turn select target keywords into hyperlinks to the advertiser’s website. When a reader clicks on a link, the advertiser’s website opens within the same window. In other words, the page is ‘hijacked’ and your article disappears!

Gasp! As authors, we spend a lot of time planning and writing content designed to hold the reader’s attention. Surely we should condemn anything which hijacks our audience?

The answer to that question is most definitely, “NO!”

As a heavy Internet user, I’m personally not a fan of text link ads. However, as an author of free reprint articles, I think they’re great. Before I explain why, though, let’s cover off a few basics…

Text link ads – some FAQs

Like every other form of advertising, text link ads have their detractors. The most common questions asked are:

Q: How can I tell if it’s a text link ad?
A: Although text link ads look the same as text links, you can identify them very quickly simply by mousing (hovering) over them. When you hover over a text link ad for about a second, a popup displays the details of the advertiser and the ad content. Check out critical essay writing for some examples.

Q: Are they ethical?
A: Text link ads are more covert than regular pay-per-click ads like Google AdWords. They look like normal text links, but they don’t actually jump where you expect them to. For example, I clicked on a text link ad with anchor text “MSN” expecting it would take me to MSN’s search, but instead it took me to the website of some sort of SEO service provider. As we all know, it’s quite common for people to link to their site using unrelated anchor text. That’s all text link ads are doing. So, by nature, text link ads are no more misleading than any other kind of link.

Q: Are they bad for the Web?
A: When people can’t trust the links they’re clicking on, won’t they stop clicking? Won’t this have a detrimental effect on the perceived usability of the Web? I said above that text link ads aren’t really any more misleading by nature than normal text links. In reality, though, I suspect they may encourage the misleading use of anchor text, so in that respect, I think they’re detrimental to the perceived usability of the Web. But does this make them bad for the Web? I don’t think so. In fact, I think their overall effect will be good. By bringing more advertisers (i.e. businesses) to the Web, text link ads ultimately make the Web more useful. Users will quickly recognize text link ads for what they are and adapt.

Q: Are they effective for advertisers?
A: I can’t really answer that. I’ve never used them, so you’ll have to ask someone who has. Of course, you could ask one of the companies that offers text link ad technology, but you already know their answer…

Q: Will they become more popular?
A: Once again, I can’t answer that question with any authority. But I have my suspicions; I suspect they will become more popular, simply because there are a lot of web publishers out there who are willing to try programs that offer a revenue return. Ultimately, the popularity of text link ads hinges how successful they are for advertisers, not how well-liked they are among users.

Q: Can I stop it happening to my reprint article?
A: No. I believe that power lies solely with the publisher. Of course, you can forbid it in your reprint guidelines, but that will simply limit the number of times your article is reprinted (consequently limiting your referral traffic and link popularity).

Conclusion - Are any of these questions really important to article submission authors?

In my humble opinion, the answer, once again, is “No!” As authors of reprint articles, we love the Google AdSense arrangement because it creates a demand for quality content. The more high quality articles a publisher reprints, the higher their site rank, the greater their traffic, and the more they earn from the pay-per-click ads on their site. As a result, our article submissions get widely published and we build brand awareness, credibility, authority, referral traffic, and – of course – link popularity (i.e. increased rank).

Text link ads are no different. Like Google ads, they encourage the publisher to acquire more high quality content. It’s as simple as that.

“But my article is hijacked! What if the reader doesn’t return?” There’s no denying we’d prefer to keep our reader. But most readers know where the ‘Back’ button is, so if your article is good enough, they’ll be sure to click it. And if they don’t, well at least you’ve got the permanent link back to your site in the byline of your article. And after all, that’s one of the big benefits of article submission, isn’t it?

Anyway, enough talk. Let’s see how it all unfolds.

Happy hijacking!
